Shipping

My shipping days each week will be Tuesday and Friday, any orders sent should be delivered to you the next day. As a small business, I cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged by the postal service.  Everything I send will require a signature and be insured to its value so should anything happen I will help you in any way I can to obtain a refund from Royal Mail.

Products

Please note that although I try to get as true a colour interpretation as possible in my photographs, there is a possibility that they may differ slightly from screen to screen.

Refund and Return

If the item you have purchased is NOT custom made OR personalised, and it is still wrapped and in the same condition as it left me, then I will offer a refund as long as you contact me on my ‘How can I help?’ page within 24 hours of receiving your order (this will not include postage costs). However, if the item is custom made OR personalised a refund will not be available.

Payment and Cancellations

Cancellations of any orders will be accepted up to 24 hours after the order was placed. If the deposit was paid via PayPal then any fees that have been applied to me will not be refunded.

Changes to an Order

Please message if you have a problem with your order. Usually, as long as nothing has been dispatched, I can offer a full refund (this does not include custom or personalised items). If you have paid by Paypal any fees that I have paid will not be included in your refund.

Guarantee

The Misty Toadstool cannot be held responsible if an item that has not been CE tested is given to a child under 36 months.

All CE tested items will be clearly marked as such.
