Do you offer a payment plan?

Absolutely!

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid, then you can pay the remaining however suits you best. Your item will be sent when the final payment has been paid.

How can I pay for my order?

I accept PayPal, cash and BACS (bank transfer).

How long does shipping normally take?

All items will be sent with first-class recorded delivery. A signature will be required on delivery and I will keep the proof of postage.

Problems & Returns

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

In the event that you receive your order and aren’t happy with it for any reason please contact me as soon as possible via my Get In Touch page.

Can I get a refund?

I have the upmost faith in my products but I am only human so mistakes can happen. If the item you have purchased is NOT custom made OR personalised and it is still wrapped and in the same condition as it left me then I will offer a refund as long as you contact me on my ‘How can I help?’ page within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, if the item is custom made OR personalised a refund will not be available.
